  1. I have configured some policy groups on ERA and I have noticed that some of the clients in the group aren't receiving policy update changes. Any idea of what might be the issue?
  2. I just noticed that. That is sufficient. Most of the other settings that are protected I wouldn't want end users messing with anyways.
  3. Is there a mechanism to hide or prevent non-admin users to NOT be able to restore items from the quarantine? I looked through the policy editor on ERA and didn't seem to find anything that seemed to have such a setting. I would prefer to have sys admins to make such decisions, but to NOT let other users restore such content.
  4. I noticed when a user attempts to share a spreadsheet from Excel 2013 as an Outlook attachment that Excel locks up. This only seems to happen when the ESET addin is enabled in Outlook so ESET potentially appears to be part of the issue. Other from disabling the addin is there any solution?
