  1. Clearing my browser caches seems to have cleared it up.
  2. Self explanatory. Using Vivaldi. FF won't even go to the page.
  3. https://fileinfo.com/extension/part .part stands for partially downloaded file
  4. https://www.ghacks.net/2022/01/10/avira-is-adding-a-crypto-miner-to-its-products-as-we Norton recently purchased Avira, along with Avast, while the Norton and Avira lines seem to be embracing cryptomining, oddly Avast is trying to lead a charge AGAINST cryptomining and cryptojacking. Strange times indeed. https://gadgets.ndtv.com/cryptocurrency/news/cryptojacking-malware-gamers-avast-crackonosh-cryptocurrency-mining-hackers-2477846
  5. Allegedly Internet Explorer is attemtping the connection. As an aside I don't even have this file on my systems.
  6. Kind of thought this myself, why generate a license you have no idea if or when it will be used?
  7. Short answer, yes. By a wide margin in my opinion, others would likely disagree.
  8. And which version of 1PW and it's extension are you using? That could be a factor too. I'm not having any issues with the latest beta version for Win10 and version 2.1.4 of the FF add on. If you don't use it the beta 1PW versions can be found here; https://releases.1password.com/windows/beta/
  9. I'm not sure what the current release version is, I'm still on pre release updates. You can't change anything else about what updates you receive other than regular or pre release. You could clear the update cache in advanced settings, which should get you the latest modules of whichever setting your using.
  10. Sounds like you'll need to generate logs then and wait for one of the mods to have look at them. I'd suggest logs fromm both BPP ,forr this issue, and from Internet protection for your video stuttering issue.
  11. On the update tab of the main product screen hit the Show all modules link below the last update times.
  12. Even turning off secure all prowsers and just using FF that way still works. Do you restart your computer after changing the settings?
  13. Just re downloaded a fresh copy, works here with Pre release updates B&PP module 1254, not sure what the current release is, I'll assume 1253.
  14. Are you actually having any connectivity issues or problems? Or just concerned with the results of this questionable test the site offers?
  15. Module 1253 has been released and the 1Password extension works in Firefox. As does Keeper as an aside.
  16. As someone that's almost always using your pre release, and even pre pre release insider versions, Eset products are typically remarkably stable in my experience, for the most part.
  17. Then don’t tell customers there is a fix and not provide access to said solution. That’s rather poor customer service.
  18. They haven''t released the module even to the pre release stage yet. Not sure why If you enable Secure All browsers, the 1Password extension is allowed to load. As a temp fix/work around.
  19. With all you do here for the company they should give you licenses. Pretty sad that they don’t.
