OK so my system doesn't have something wrong? And a malware can't hide it those files/folders right?

Hello, I Noticed that when i do scanning on eset there is a lot of files that eset can't open. I'm suspicious that a malware would easily hide it to one of the files. Are these files normal windows 10 files that normally couldn't be opened or malware? Thanks.
