Hi,
We've recently changed one of our clients computers for a new one and changed the software setup (outlook 2013 instead of her old 2007). Now her outlook has been extremely slow (3+ seconds to open a one-word email, 8secs+ to open a big one) from the start. I did some testing today to try and find out where the slowness came from and it turns out by deactivating the ESET outlook plugin every email now opens up instantly. I obviously don't want to leave her without an antivirus but i was wondering if someone had an idea why this is so slow ?
Note: We changed 3 machines at the same time at this location, 2 of them are working just fine with the same setup (outlook 2013+eset)
