I have Family security 2013 for 5 computers. The Hp crashed and Geek Squad reinstalled it. It now keeps reading that the installation isn't complete. They told me to uninstall then re-install for 3rd time. My Mac also has it on.. Do re-installs count against the number of computers allowed on the disk?
