I have a client using Eset Internet Security who frequently accesses Customs Interactive. I am unable to put my finger on the issue, but, with the product installed it seems to block the certificate selection screen from coming up, instead it flicks to the next screen from customs saying the certifcate is either blocked, revoked or unregistered.
I have tried switching to SSL/TLS interactive mode, and all that seems to do is completely block the site from displaying in the first case.
Any help greatly appreciated.
