  1. Hi. I changed my laptop and tried to transfer my valid licence for ESET Internet Security to the new laptop, but received 'Activation Failed' message with error code: ACT.33. I tried several times but all had same result. I sent email to ESET customer service 2 times but unfortunately still no feedback. I expect more respect from ESET customer service. Please someone from your team help me.
