  1. @Marcos Thank your for the response. I solved this by just downloading installer from https://download.eset.com/com/eset/apps/business/ees/windows/latest/ees_nt64.msi and then setting package URL to file://\\192.168.1.100\eset\Deploy\ees_nt64.msi This two links were helpful https://support.eset.com/en/kb3613-install-or-upgrade-eset-endpoint-security-or-eset-endpoint-antivirus-on-a-client-workstation-6x https://help.eset.com/esmc_admin/71/en-US/client_tasks_software_install.html

Already tired to replace repository in server settings without success as noted here https://support.eset.com/en/kb6749-eset-security-management-center-repository-is-not-working-7x Eset server is already updated to the latest version.
  3. Thank you for the answer. Would you recommend deployment via GPO? What will happen with the older agent. Will it be overwritten/upgraded by the new one or it will be installed alongside the old version? How would you advice to remove the old agent if that is the case? Thanks again.
  4. Hello, We used to have old era server that we decommissioned and installed a new one ESET Security Management Center (Server), Version 7.2 (7.2.2236.0) (on CentOS (64-bit), Version 7.8.2003). We had no problem upgrading the antivirus from old version but we cannot make the Agent to upgrade to latest version. What are the recommended ways to upgrade the Agent from an older version. Normally we have no problems upgrading the agents by creating a new Client Task as noted in the pictures attached in this post and creating the proper triggers but in this case it just says finished bu
