  1. I'm with ALLENPERKINS, got messages that my Password Manager was outdated and I had to upgrade. Took me friggin' 3 hours to upgrade, but don't ask me how I did it, I think along the way I created a new account, even though I have been using PM a long time. I already found out that I needed a backup with al my accounts and logins, cause the upgrade does not automatically use the exisiting data. So I made a backup from version 2. In the 'save' database format, only to find out that version 3 does NOT import from the save database format. You need a XML or CSV. Luckily I used the PM on an other computer as well, so I could make an new export, this time in XML. After importing the XML file, I found out that it only imported 185 out of 452 logins and I can' t get it to import the rest. Also different popup windows from the PM will not close and keep cluttering my screen. As I programmer myself, I know that we all make mistakes, but did anyone make the effort to test this new version at all? I WANT MY VERSION 2 BACK, HOW DO I DO THAT?
  2. How do I get the Password Manager to fill the form with the credentials of the login I choose from the PM list. It does open the webpage, but then does not automatically fill the form with the chosen login. Especially with multiple logins for a website this is rather annoying. Also the PM is rather 'stupid' with different extensions of the same website, f.i. PayPal.com and PayPal.nl. I have my NL logins separated from my US login, but since PayPal always redirect to PayPal.com, my NL-logins are not accessable from the login-page. If the PM would just use the credentials already chosen, it wouldn't be a problem. Or an option to choose credentials from another account.
  3. I did not uninstall and reinstall ESET. I can't find anything that points to the firewall blocking the Password Manager. Then again, the whole setup it so complicated I can't make head or tails of it. For some reason it fails to synchronize. That's what it says: Synchronization Failed, with a timestamp. So I bit the bullet and uninstalled, restarted the computer and reinstalled ESET. And to quote the infamous John McClane: 'yippee ki yay, motherf cker', IT WORKS! Is it just me, or are these security programs always unnecessary complicated. (Excuse me for venting) ITMAN; Thank you very much for taking the time to help me.
  4. Both computers use the same license. I upgraded last week from Internet to Smart Premium.
  5. Hello, I recently upgraded my licenses to Premium and started using the Password Manager. Now I'm trying to use my newly created password store on another computer as well, but when I try to connect I get the error: 'ESET Password Manager can not download database from the account you are connecting.' How do I fix this? Gr. Han Update: I am connected now to the password store, but it won't synchronize.
