  1. Hi Marcos, Installation error after update from macOS 10.13.6 > 10.14.6 is resolved bij doing a clean install - eg skipping the Software and Security Updates for macOS temporarily until after the full install of ESET CSP 6.10.700.0 - of 10.14.6 and use Migration Assistant for restoring my user/docs/data/apps etc. Ticking like a Swiss watch again! Of the entire installation setup I made screenshots of every step, so I'll be making a write-up with screenshots and additional GUI suggestions during installation for even better UX! I mailed with my local distributor / ESET NL that I'm glad te share this info with them. Greetings from The Netherlands! 😎
  2. Perhaps the above might give the developers some insight in my system... Added a support ticket to my local Eset with the same output. Cheers
  3. $ sudo find / -iname *eset*kext* /Library/Application Support/ESET/esets/cache/data/rkd/EsetRkdC.kext /Library/SystemMigration/History/Migration-9A9EAF98-CF09-4535-AE4F-A2AE7EB41471/QuarantineRoot/Library/StagedExtensions/Library/Application Support/ESET/esets/cache/data/rkd/EsetRkdC.kext /Library/SystemMigration/History/Migration-9A9EAF98-CF09-4535-AE4F-A2AE7EB41471/QuarantineRoot/Library/StagedExtensions/Applications/ESET Cyber Security Pro.app/Contents/PlugIns/kext/esets_pfw_64_109.kext /Library/SystemMigration/History/Migration-9A9EAF98-CF09-4535-AE4F-A2AE7EB41471/QuarantineRoot/Library/StagedExtensions/Applications/ESET Cyber Security Pro.app/Contents/PlugIns/kext/esets_kac_64_109.kext
  4. Hi Marcos, it has been a while 😉 I'm still humming - due to my resources - my Mac Pro 5.1 (mid 2012) so for now I won't be able to upgrade beyond macOS 10.14.6 without any patching stuff. The download mentioned the V6.10.700 was compatible with my macOS version. I might be switching to a new Mini or iMac next year, but for now I have what I have. I hope the issue can be fixed. Cheers and thanks for chiming in.
  5. Hi all, I upgraded to macOS 10.14.6 on my Mac Pro 5.1 - yes I'm late to the update party - and suddenly my ESET is not working at all. Never ever had this experience with any - macOS / Windows - of the ESET products. I already tried installing 6.10.700 and was a no-go. What is the fix - perhaps latest compatible release for my macOS - for this? TIA Cheers
  6. Hi ESET, Just out of curiosity... Why is ESET CSP Mac 6.5.600.3 still 32 bit and what about the compatibility for the future all 64 bit macOS? Cheers
  7. Got it! I forgot the subject of the topic itself... mea culpa! Thanks.
  8. Hi mods, I can't seem to find my topic in which ESET The Netherlands replied. The subject was about a free upgrade to Premium, suggested by a pop-up in Windows 10. Any suggestions, where to look? TIA!
  9. Thank you for your quick response @Marcos! Much appreciated! BUT! MS WDSC was not even active on my VM, what changed in ESET IS that it gives me this message? Am I the only one here, because I could not find any hits for my searchstring here on the forums... Cheers!
  10. Hi @Marcos and @Peter Randziak! Hope all is well for you both. I'm seeing this message for the first time ever in my VMware Fusion VM-WIN10PROx64 - 1607! What changed all of this? Cheers
  11. Thanks for the heads up @planet! But at this pace, I'll not live day that the UI is updated as required/requested by many ESET Customers. Cheers!
  12. Hi @Marcos & @Peter Randziak! This guerilla-marketing by MacKeeper, needs to be stopped asap in my humble/honest opinion! NUFF SAID! All the best for 2018! everybody! Lechaim!
  13. Hi @Peter Randziak and @Marcos, Even ESET NETHERLANDS are bailing out on me! What' the status of this issue at your end of THE MATRIX? Cheers and all the best wishes for 2018! Lechaim!
  14. @planet GREAT feedback and heads up for ESET! @Marcos & @Peter Randziak Have a splendid 2018 all!
  15. Hi @Marcos & @Peter Randziak, With all due respect - of which I have a lot for you both - I've escalated this 'Freemium Upgrade' issue from my supplier (from which I purchased my 5 seater) who I talked to by phone today, to ESET Nederland. Source: ESET NEDERLAND - investigating Freemium Pop-up EIS v.11 UK version on Windows 7 Pro (NL) 32bit LT. I made a big mistake to NOT make a screencap of the Freemium pop-up, but have high confidense that ESET Nederland will be able to clear things up in this matter! Cheers
  16. After reboot I'm still locked into ESSP with the trial version. Solution was to uninstall ESSP v.11 and reinstall EIS v.11 again. Problem solved! Cheers
  17. Hi @Peter Randziak, Thank you for your reply! Perhaps I didn't discribe my issue well enough, but when I use my original ESS - 5 seat - licence-key to upgrade to the Freemium (limited time) ESSPremium, I'm notified that ESSP will loose two key features: Why is my license-key not valid, after I've been notified that my ESS - 5 seater - qualifies for the Freemium upgrade to ESSP? I'm quite confused and caught in the middle here. Cheers
  18. Hi @cyberhash! Thanks, yes my laptop is nearly EOL, but I'm just pushing it to its limtits. The regular module-updates are also hogging - as high as 85% resources - this system, can you roger that? Cheers
