  1. Thanks Marcos and the Eset team. I have just downloaded V 4.0.95 of Eset Nod32 Antivirus for linux and installed it. Chrome is no longer crashing out. Again thanks to Eset for continuing to support Linux. I will certainly continue to support Eset. Again Thanks, Ellis.
  2. This thread is about ESET NOD32. This product is listed under https://www.eset.com/au/home/antivirus-linux/download/ which is listed under the home products section of the ESET (Australian) website. It is not listed under the business section. The vendor has already stated that a fix will be released for ESET NOD32 in version v4.0.95 of this product in the near future. Thanks for the tip re running Chrome, ie Chrome with --no-sandbox .
  3. Thanks Marcos. If you could lets us know what the final outcome is once a decision is made, that is whether it can be fixed or not, that would be appreciated. This will help me decide on whether I need to look for another solution elsewhere, though I would prefer to continue using and supporting Eset. Again Thanks.
  4. Hi, Can we get an update here. I noticed from another post that the issue is being looked at but appears so far it cannot be fixed ? Can you let us know if they are going to continue to try to resolve this ? Thanks.
  5. RE "The issue will be addressed in Endpoint v7 which is planned for Q1/2020. " What does this mean for existing users like myself who are experiencing this problem. I am using Chrome : Version 79.0.3945.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 : 4.0.93.0 (2 year licence) Linux Mint 19 / Mate Will a fix be supplied or will Endpoint V7 be provided free to existing customers ?
