no, that is a setting within the application once it is installed. The issue is it will not install. Anyway you need to download 12 and then let it upgrade to 13. They simply screwed up the installer for 13 to where it tells you Win7 is not supported. They just need to fix the 13 installer to be able to make the distinction from Windows 7 vs Windows 7 SP1.
