I just wanted to update this thread since I was having this issue. The errors above don't necessarily mean the installation failed. The problem that we were having is that port 2222 wasn't open on the server that we setup. you can check the log locations below to find out how far along your eset remote management install and registration went /Library/Application Support/com.eset.remoteadministrator.agent/Logs/ /Users/%user%/Library/Logs/EraAgentInstaller.log
