  1. Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased 4 Boxes of Nod32 Antivirus for 3 Devices 12 Months + 6 Months Offer subscription, so that for 6 years I wont have to bother buying again and again. The same was purchased from Flipkart Indian E-Commerce Website on 7th September 2014 (07/09/2014), attached Flipkart Order. To my surprise, after 1.5 years of usage of 1st Activation Key (October 2017), when I went to validate the second box activation key, it said it was invalid. So I tried calling the support helpline number and was re-directed to some Indian Vendor associated with ESET in India - M/s Sakari - Website - www.sakri.in, Email - eset.support@sakri.in / omkar@sakri.in. Here, I was told that codes I was given in the boxes are blocked from ESS Distribution, and was now provided with New Codes for Only 2 Boxes which will now work for only 1 year instead of 1.5 years as per my original purchase. I have till date utilized 2 more boxes (1 year each subscription), and now on my last 4th Box, entering the Codes says Invalid Code (As per Pic attached). Today, when I called the help line, the Indian associated company with Eset has changed to M/s Amity Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. and they are saying that since it is a very old code and blocked, we can not provide the new ones as was the case earlier. Please explain if there is some issue with the distribution company and codes have been blocked, how does a customer deal with the issue. It is not my fault that India ESET had some issue with some of the their distributors and now I am with a Invalid Code for which I have already paid in full. Please provide me a solution how to activate my last ESET NOD32 Antivirus 3 User Activation Key. Thanks and regards, Aditya Mehra
