  1. Hey! We are using an RMM Tool PDQ Deploy for deploying some software in a round about 200 Client Environment. I've downloaded the "agent.msi" from ESET Protect and the install_config.ini and tried to deploy it with the parameter --accepteula --silent (--avr-diasable) in all combinations. The RMM Software pushing the *.msi packet to the client an start the installer(!), that's it!! The installation don't start. I've tested it without --silent parameter, but there is no screen from agent-gui coming. I know, we could use GPOs, but that's not the best way for us and any other software are working fine 😕 In my opinion, it's a parameter problem... but i have no idea what i can change. Any ideas?
  2. Hi! We are using ESET Business Complete On-Prem. Every day we see the error: ESET Licensing Server not reachable ESET Management Server: 10.1 (10.1.1291.0) Server Security: 10.0.12014.0 I have tested some firewall configurations and activated the local logs. Nothing blocked. The are no entries für this Clients/Server! I have already opened all ports as a test, but I still get this message. Especially on workstations and terminal servers, it constantly bothers users and leads to uncertainty. Any ideas? Kind Regards
  3. Okay, thanks a lot! Is there a RBL Link to check or report as false positiv?
  4. Hello everyone Actually we use the Mail Security Solution from another Vendor, but would now like to replace it with ESET Mail Security (it runs fine, but without RDNS, Greylisting and so on). However, an important factor is being able to look at the original header of the email when emails end up in quarantine, or when we manually check why the email was blocked. For example, to find out whether original and "real data" is contained in the e-mails, such as employee names, reference to old invoices, old e-mail communication or offers. Or see the domains in the header, and then blacklist them. Where can I see this information or maybe even the *.msg in ESET? Kind regards
  5. Hey It's a simple question, but i can't find a Topic or Informations ins ESET FAQ about it. Which out-of-the-box RBLs are using in the Mail Protection? Sometime, we have trouble with RBL marked IP Adresses (Found in Spamlist 1..), but a look at mxtoolbox there is no negative listing in any RBLs. The IP-Adresses/MX Entries are definitly fine ans a false-positive. Thanks a lot and kind regards
  6. Hi at all, there is a new Security Advisory behind this link. Copied Text: Solid Edge is affected by multiple memory corruption vulnerabilities that could be triggered when the application reads specially crafted files in various formats such as X_B, DWG, DXF, STL, STP, SLDPRT and PAR format. If a user is tricked to open a malicious file with the affected applications, an attacker could leverage the vulnerability to crash the application, extract data or potentially lead to arbitrary code execution. It is possible to detect this malicious files with ESET AV or ESET Cloud LiveGrid?
