It's no longer an option on my Huawei p30 pro in the sms commands menu, has this been permanently removed?

Top left near my signal, and on my lock screen

Notification badge on my lock screen and on my notification bar is missing and my anti theft codes don't work, I can see that the app is inataled in system settings and when I try to re install via the apk file it says there's already a version inst which I already know, is this a known issue?

Hi randomly the notification at the top of my screen goes missing as in the 'E' is this a common problem? 

A reinstall works all settings in the app the same just like it was there all the time just goes missing from the notification bar
