It's no longer an option on my Huawei p30 pro in the sms commands menu, has this been permanently removed? I have the sms toolkit installed

Notification badge on my lock screen and on my notification bar is missing and my anti theft codes don't work, I can see that the app is inataled in system settings and when I try to re install via the apk file it says there's already a version inst which I already know, is this a known issue?

Hi randomly the notification at the top of my screen goes missing as in the 'E' is this a common problem? A reinstall works all settings in the app the same just like it was there all the time just goes missing from the notification bar
