I use chrome version is 76.0.03809.132 by the way. Safari can not access those blocked website. But Chrome can... Crazy... -
I have the same issue. I use chrome. I add the block list, such as youtube.com in the list of web paged to block. I can use chrome still to access those website. I don't know why?
