Thanks for replying. Yes latest version on there from ESET cloud administrator. We only have Chrome on the machines. Windows 10. i need to look into it more. It seems like it has hijacked all bandwidth. i am new to the job so not sure how to disable protocol filtering

When updates for the av happen it kills the internet on each machine as it is updating. Is this normal. It has happened on all school ones. Once update finished, internet back to normal. It is running latest version just the av does thus happen for anyone else?
