  1. I accidentally uninstalled ERA 6.x. When I'm trying to re-install ERA, I'm stuck at database account which requires password which I have forgotten. The username for the database is era_user. Pls help.
  2. How do we upgrade our to version 7 in the server? ERA 7 can still support Endpoint 6.x for clients?
  3. We want to export all the PCs that listed in ERA 6 into csv format so we can have reference. We just upgraded our PCs from Endpoint 5 to 6 & half of the PCs still running Windows XP Pro. We don't think we will upgrade to version 7.1 very soon.
  4. How do we export all the PCs with Endpoint 6 installed in ERA 6? Secondly we have notebook clients which have two different IP addresses when connected to LAN cable (eg. VLAN 1) or wireless LAN (VLAN 7). The license will count as one or two?
