  2. @Arakasi, Marcos - thanks for reverting.. Disabling firewall and HIPS didn't gave any result. I haven't tried for disabling web protection in advanced setup bcoz Tally is not web based application.. Our another client using ESET Smart Security and facing same issue.. I will try to rename C:\Windows\System32\drivers\eamon.sys and ehdrv.sys in safe mode and will update you the status..
  3. No, i have added D:\Tally.ERP9 in the exclusions but still user facing same issue. Kindly revert... I have collected required logs of the computer.
  4. Hi, One of our ESET client facing issue in Tally after ESET smart security installation. Client uses Windows XP and works on Tally ERP. When ESET installed on the workstation Tally application throws an error i.e. Attempting to open "D:\Tally.ERP9\Data\10001\TSTATE.TSF" Error code: 32 Tally works fine when we remove eset antivirus from the workstation. I am attaching one screenshot of the error for more reference... Looking for expert advise on this issue.. thanks in advance..
  5. Hi Team, Recently one of our ESET user facing an antivirus definition update error on Windows XP SP3. User using ESET Smart Security 7 on his computer and every time he has to click on Update button for antivirus definition update. Virus definition not updating automatically. I am attaching required logs of users computer.. Please help on this issue..
  6. Yes... After disabling SSL scanning, i was able to open google, yahoo from both browsers i.e. chrome as well as firefox.. I have collected logs from one of the computer...
  7. hi, I too facing same issue with firefox & chrome since yesterday.. Anybody have any idea....???? I received below msg in chrome "The connection to www.google.co.in was interrupted. Check your Internet connection. Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using. Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again. If you use a proxy server... Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Chrome menu > Settings > Show advanced settings... > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN". Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET"
