HIPS is disabled, but it's still not updating... I've another 2016 server that is logged out and that updated to 19828 2 hours back, but this server is still on the 19827 database version... It was logged in and unlocked last time it updated to 27

We connect direct to the internet. These are stand-alone eset servers with no admin console. I will try disabling HIPS and see if it makes any difference.

We've had similar issues here on server 2016. What I've been able to ascertain is that if the server is left logged out then updating works fine. If it's logged in and the user is disconnected and the console locked then the updating stops, but starts again directly the user connects and unlocks the console/session.
