[ESET Endpoint Antivirus for Linux User interface Cannot display]

I have upgraded ESET Endpoint antivirus version 7.x linux mint 19.3 Cinnamon to Endpoint Antivirus version 8.x.

By removing the old version and installing the new version
Based on information on help.eset.com for version 8.x linux there is an user interface display available.
But after I upgraded to version 8.x by clicking on the icon of the installed ESET application, the user interface doesn't appear.
Is there a specific way to display the user interface in linux mint 19.3 Cinnamon?

Note: OS has run apt update and apt upgrade before installing ESET version 8.x

[Loading Problem]

I have a problem after installing ESET on mac os Mojave slows down every click, an hourglass appears and so up to a few minutes.
is there a solution to overcome the slow ?

No we're not in the middle of deployment phase,  we'd just disabling the diagnostic log, it used to be enable. Here's the capture of statics of logs received ( status.html full ) .

And as you've just state, the DB size is growing rapidly , the size of the DB currently around 16GB.

Positions for the network can be accessed at httpps://edf.eset.com/edf

I have a problem if the activation does not use the activation proxy failed the association, if the activation via proxy is successful, but it is not activated.

is it possible for eset Endpoint Security to block someone for using wifi connection from any source, or in other words blocking wifi connection, or force to disable it, and how?
