    Confused with the question.

I use the app and it seems to work fine. Any suspicious apps it warns me about and unsecure WiFi

Not sure about the spam side. My phone automatically alerts me for spam calls

Sorry for my bad english. So should I set Eset mobile security for my phone spam filter? This is pretty old what do you mean unsecure wifi?

  2. Android mobile why is there no in depth tutorial guid and does it really work or is it just hype? I mean come on we know the majority of is bull an pretends to clean your phone etc an wants access to all these important things. Of course you woulldn't admit it but I've come to respect Eset for more then a decade. Like what about the spam calls how many mistakes does that make and don't tell me it makes none. That att guarbage unreliable... I don't expect perfect obviously doesn't exist.... Also off topic how is eset doing with windows 11? Which makes windows 10 look like a privacy protector..?

I believe they are both safe , but ESET would be more safer.

Normally malicious software will target Password Managers of Firefox and Chrome because normally that what everyone uses, ESET could be more protected against this type of attacks and more safer to use.

So, it seems more like a mobile thing wit low ratings sadly why is that? Do they offer it on pc, I imagine so but I was VERY dissapointed in their encryption thing. I mean ya its still cool but I upgraded because they said: admin or moderator cant remember, new was thing coming out and my EiS was about to run out so I figured what the heck.. I do like it but I wouldn't of upgraded if I new this..  It's a good product.. Is there anyway I can move over all my passwords safely from firefox lockwise to Eset other then copy and past each one

To premium? Generally it's the same and looks the same to eis just with a few extras e.g. password manager, encryption etc.

Ya, and ya but I never figured out how to understand everything (ignoring the advanced section which I just let it be).

One more extra protection feature will be added to ESSP v15 which won't be part of EAV/EIS.

Can't wait. Also the password manager I think would be more secure then the firefox one right? But I would probably have to manually transfer the passwords which its better to be secure so no problem.

ESET has higher expenses for ESSP than for EIS/EAV. Should the price be only a slightly higher than the price of the EIS license, ESET would lose money with every ESSP license sold which is something that vendors of commercial software cannot afford.

I ended up upgrading, this will definitely take some getting used to..

So since I need renewal in 5 days (starting tomorrow) and you say better stuff is coming in ESSP in h2, I'm guessing it's best to upgrade or not and get another year of EIS? Also is 21h1 after 20h2? Currently on 19041.985 then their is 19042.985, and 19043.985. Main computer is on 20h2 so 19042.985 I'm guessing? I'd like to note it's best to wait as long as possible before updating because they release it with MANY MANY bugs an just do not care and it's best to wait at the very least a little bit till they patch the glitches..

Do you need to protect two devices - a PC running Windows and a mobile phone with Android?

Since you already use a password manager, if you don't need also disk encryption you don't have to upgrade to ESSP. However, in H2 ESSP will also bring a premium protection feature that won't be available in EAV/EIS any time soon. There will be a campaign for upgrade to ESSP in H2 so I'd wait with upgrade if your EIS license is not due for renewal soon.

It needs renewal in 9 days..

I should point out the premium mobile version is different to the premium Windows version so may not include the password manager. Normally there's a deal where you can get multiple devices. Sometimes it's also worth contacting your local Eset distributor to see what they can do.

Ya I realize that but the interface is definitely a little challenging and confusing - The mobile version.  Well got EIS on computer and it also looks little challenging when you get into the advanced settings..

  9. Hmmm I ended up choosing mobile premium 30 days trial but its very hard to follow because it is definity different then what I saw before.. Also I dont want any rooting or anything.

Back to computer and its running 14.1.20.0 and yet they want to do another update and 20 days is longest I can hold it but maybe longer as they keep patching everyway. My EIS runs out on the 29 this month. Ya have a password manager that I only feel comfortable talk with a manger. Plus I already notice on the new updates they are changing a lot and a TONNN of setting turning off their adware, data stealing list goes on.They reset my setting and made even more. Also how am I suppose to know what version I'm on it doesn't say 21h or 22h or whatever anywhere. Please delete this if it exposes anything personao! Also why it says 2004 I have NO CLUE! All help is appreciated.

  10. Should I Switch from EIS to ESSP? Is ESSP considered a password manager? What works best? Also got some weird warning messages that my network wasnt secure which was weird.. It is... Maybe because the host computer didn't update but has the right version though? What aggitates me is I can't log into the router the password and username has been changed so I cant changed setting or update it.. Just buy new ones.

i Use firefox lockwise and synce all that etc.. I have EIS which noticed the only difference between these two programs is a password protection an some other password thing? Should I use bitwarden with firefox lockwise or bitwarden alone or neither? What is the beast option? Also I'm running Eset 14.1.20.0 and here are the windows Specifications

    Edition: Windows 10 Home

    Version: 2004

    Installed On: 12/1/2020

    OS buils: 19041.985

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0

Should I update I know everyone will say yes but I"m letting these people that like to update instantly be the guinea pigs of their bugs etc. Also I'm confused on this buyt I just went through the questions and it says I'm all good.. So.. Why rush updates? I mean I'll update to the next one when I got to next month and so on.... I'm sure firefox lockwise has had a ton of time to get pretty secure and I'm still wondering if I should upgrade and use that along with firefox lockwise and maybe another program or just those two. Also with lockwise it wants me to set a master password should I do so? This answer will depend on whether I get bitlocker or whatever you guys reccomend? Also upgrading is no big deal unless it sucks compared EIS which I Don't see efficially just 2 basic things make the difference. I hope I didn't sound to much like a fool and it made enough sense with my english. I apoligize..

Also on windows mobile android does it really do anything there are people that say it doesn't there are people that say it does no matter how much you dig your not finding an answer? Also when signing up it gives me 30 days free for two separate options: Mobile or PC, Mac, Mobile. Should and which one should I get? I'll try to upload images of the differences each offer. Wow what a pain in the rear I'm going to try one last time. Sorry it is all out of order. I know this is a huge post I extremely appreciate any replys and taking your time out of your day to help me.

I use stickypassword which esets password manager was based off until recently

Do you use stickypassword alone or also google sync or whatever it is called? Sorry if I asked you this before. So does stickypassword work on Windows 10, IOS and Android? I use android and Windows 10. How do I contact sales? And what should I ask? (Sorry I just want to be thorough..) Also idk if you want to pm me if you have EIS or ESSP or I see you don't want to share which is cool. Also do you use stickypassword with google password remembrance? I've seen complaints with the premium password manager causing issues but who knows maybe just some.. I think I'm overthinking this but if stickypassword and EIS works better then ESSP, getting the two would be better choice..

    Thanks for the help.

As mentioned i don't use the password manager as I have a lifetime license with another one. You could always download a trial of the premium version and see if you prefer it. Same with eset mobile. I belive it can be purchased possibly through the play store but as a customer you could contact sales and maybe they'd be able to sort a deal with premium to.

As for chrome as I mentioned last time best thing to do is download and give it a try and see if you prefer it over Firefox. Everyone has their own favourites and some people don't trust Google. At least by trying you can choose what works best for you

Well its been proven beyond a insane amount Google spies on you and sells your data an so on an so on..  Ya I remember you saying that so I didn't imply it. Ill just stick to EIS. And see if Eset will let me work out a deal with the mobile but a guy says no because it has Mahaffey which id rather have nothing then that virus. Ill need to dig through phone an delete it but I bet its impossibly hidden. What is your thing called and recommend it? U can PM me or if not get it i guess.

    Thanks for help

No idea I have more experience with the desktop version really

Man I'm using Firefox sync may have to switch to Google if I remember correctly right? Because the app SUCKS. The one on computer is amazing but the Android app is a joke! Also im trying to get mobile security for Android but do I buy another seat or under my.eset.com click add license (from my ESET INTERNET SECURITY) and if you scroll down u see for Existing customer which is for updating to premium now an add seat to EIS Which only lasts to 6 month of this year same with switching to premium. Anyway then see FOR HOME and FOR BUSINESS then a list of there 3 windows products then 2 MAC products then Eset Mobile Security for Android select number of devices and 14.99 for a year... is the Premium password manager worth it for PC? I like the encryption? If Android has it its very bad apparently. Also hearing issues with password manager on PC because of update. I just can not find a password manager.  Plus I can encrypt things on my own.

Same... my computer updated but I guess I have some more to go through. I hear a lot of people having issues with password manager on Android but the mobile security has 4.4 stars so seems alright. But their password manager is awful at least on Android.

As I've said it's all down to preference. It may be cheaper to upgrade eset than to pay for eset and then pay for a separate password manager on top of it

Oh ya almost forgot, Android is saying I was on the beta but then it sends me to same lin in play store so I can't download just uninstal. Idk if I was on it and I need to uninstall then reinstall which is stupid.

Ya on the my.eset.me. basically ride it out until the 6th of May. But ya now I'm going to have to look into this password manager deeper because idk if thats a rare issue what person said or does it pop up a lot? Anyway my last question I hope. I've looked into it no Android doesn't need a AV, yes Android needs an AV and EVERYTHING in between idk something reptilian shape shifters among others. Im stuck on it,do I get it?

YOU CAN SKIP READING BELOW IF SO DECIDE

Which this book of Enoch that was magically "found", in the Vatican and you compare that with the Catholic Bible thier extremely similar. Also if you compare those with the kjv Bible, they are completely different books. Different doctrines, beliefs an so on. God protected 66 books.

Got the name wrong yeah its eset smart security premium with the password manager. I use Stickypassword as I got a cheap lifetime license a few years back. Eset used to to use an edited version of theirs for their password manager but now use another developer but can't remember who.

Upgrading to eset smart security premium depends on what you'll use and costs. A lot of password managers have monthly costs so it may be cheaper upgrading eset depending on the pricing differences. Also the other thing premium comes with is a tool for encrypting files.

Browser wise it's all down to personal opinions. Only thing you can do is try and see which one you find works better for you.

Should add esets password manager now can check your passwords with the haveibeenpwnd website by Troy Hunt which is great for checking if you've any passwords saved on sites that have reported breaches

Ya I'm aware of the pwned thing. And switching to premium is no big deal or should I pay for a password manager or upgrade is what your saying? Sorry bothered you a lot.

Ive not noticed any issues on my end. If your debating on getting a password manager eset Internet security premium comes with one.

As for Chrome I just use it for ease of use. Syncs with my Android phone etc. Obvious Google isn't the best privacy but there not the only one

Should I switch to Chrome because I got Firefox and I sync it to my android an other phone no issues seems secure to me I think but if you think googes better ill go with it. Btw Eset Internet Security doesn't come with the password manager. Its Eset smart security premium which I think you meant. But even with tgosex2 extra things odk if its better or worse or the same as Eset Internet Security but idk its probably best to stick with what you know idk.. I don't trust those password managers like last pass or bitwarden etc so if it were to be one it for sure be with eset. Did I ask what type you got I forget but if its intrusive done answer.

    Thanks
