Has anyone had any experience getting through to support?
Someone has gained access to my password (it was a reused one - I know I should have changed it ages ago), logged into my.eset.com and changed the password and then changed the associated email address.
As per the the instructions in the automated email it instructs you to log a support request if this was not initiated by the rightful account holder.
I have logged a case (2 in fact now) and have not heard anything in over a day now.
Is this a typical turn around time?
This person has access to all my associate
