From the ESMC I am displaying updates, but all clients return the error notification "Modules update error - Unauthorized Access". I have tried two solutions, I already emptied the cache and it did not work, and also reinstalled all the product and agent but it did not work either. With the SmartSniff software I did a scan of which IP's uses ESET to update itself and through PING I verified the connection to those IP's and the connection responds normally. What other solutions can I try? Attached error and system logs.
