I solved the Google Drive blocking by setting Firewall to Interactive Mode and then setting the Rule,(at Runtime/dynamic) while the interactive dialogue appeared asking for user consent. Later on switched from Interactive mode to Policy Mode. The Rule inserted by the interactive mode can be visited at Setup<<Advance-Setup<< Firewall<<Advanced<<Rules<<Edit where the entry that the Rule inserted recently appears. I have attached the proof of that rule set. I have also enable the notify user to prove that eset actually does ALLOW THE PROGRAM BACKUPANDSYNC.EXE
