Help with pop-up window

Sorry, I think it's my mistake, when I install aupdate my system locale was japanese, I reinstall ESET and this window not apper now (like other soft ESET not friendly with japanese language). Sorry for disturbing. -
After last apdate got problem with pop-up window, it's apears when enter some site in chrome and I can't hide or close this window, only PC restart.
