  1. Dear Marcos, thank you for your prompt response. I was in too much of a hurry yesterday and just needed to wait a little longer for ESET to do it's job. All is well now. Thank you again.
  2. I have mistakenly logged into my Phantom Account which has rightly stopped me accessing my default account. I have marked my device as "not missing" and that I have retreived it but I still cannot access my default account. Can anyone please help me with this?
