yes i tried but neither makes a difference just by disabling protection. shared files are on workstations and servers

Hi i have a problem when i open a xlsx or other excel file that its on la share folder i use Office 2013 the OS is widnows 8 or windows 7 that happend on all my network pcs i work with the file perfect but when i try to save it, it save very slow y dont have the problem when i descativate the eset endopoint antivirus so what i have to do i use the eset endpoint antivirus 5.0.2225
