  1. Hello, ERA tells me all the clients have a rogue MAC address... How can i fix this. Before ERA was fine with the MAC addresses. Regards, MBeekman
  2. there has been an update last week and since we don't see any computers. my colleague said it looked like a reinstall... could it be that all the installed agents have to be reinstalled? that the don't listen to this "administrator"?
  3. in the picture you can see the dashboard and before i could see more pc's, something happend last week and now i only see this pc where era is running on. when i go to "admin" en then to "license management" i can see all the pc's
  4. Hello, I have just discoverd that I'm missing all my managed pc's in my era dashboard. If I go to licenses I see all the "missing" pc's. there is a license warning but it not critical. How do I get all these pc's back in my dashboard? Regards, MBeekman
