Last night I received the update of ESET Mobile Security version 4.3.7.0-0 and give me a announcement that due to New Google Play Permission Restrictions some of features removed: SMS & Call Filter, SMS Text Command, Trusted Friends. Please see the attachement

This problem is observed immediately after the computer is turned on and disappears upon reboot. Is this a bug of ESET Internet Security or is it a sign of hacking a computer? Operating system: Windows 10 64-Bit.
