Hello, My laptop was infiltrated and most of my files have been change to a .promoz file extension. I have installed the ESET Endpoint security and ran a full scan. According to the result, it took out all the viruses but my files are still in the .promoz extension. I have attached a log from both the log collector and the sysinspector. please I need help. How do i get my files back. ees_logs.zip sysinspectorlog.zip
