Hello, when we write an E-Mail from our CRM (ab-Agenta) on our Terminalsserver with ESET Server Security installed, we will get this Outlook Error message. On our clients with ESET Endpoint Antivirus we will not get the error message. After some research we found out that Outlook is not recognizing the ESET Server Security as an valid Antivirus. Shown here on clients mit ESET Enpoint it says valid, shown here. for reference this is the Outlook Trustcenter Text in English. Does anyone have a solution for this? Or will this be fixed in an Update? For short term we will use the setting in outlook "Never warn me about..." but this should not be the longterm solution. Thanks Tim

Dear support, we have the outlook sync and conflict error too. Can you give us an status update for the revamped version? And can you confirm following statement? Disable Outlook integration in ESET settings does not disable the protection as such and that it just removed the ESET menu from outlook "Hi, It was ESET for me as well - confirmed by their support. The solution suggested from them was to disable the MS Outlook integration either via policy from ERA or manually in the EEA client. If you have antispam as well, you need to also disable that. They also explained that it does not disable the protection as such and that it just removed the ESET menu from outlook (I am not really convinced about this but that's what he said)." Anything on this? When will the revamp be available?

In the meantime disable Outlook ESET plugin or delete the syncissues are the only options here? Or do have any other idea to prevent this issue?

As mentioned in the following post will 7.1 adress the syncissue problem in outlook?
