Hi. I have only just noticed this after the last program update, I never noticed it in the previous program versions, and I have been an ESET user for many years now. I am attaching a picture of what I am talking about. Has anyone else noticed this? I'm on Win 10 Home 64BIT, and everything is up-to-date. Thank you.

Hi. Am I able to find these in the program itself at all? I simply can't find my details anywhere and may have used one of three email addresses to make my purchases from the last few years. When I clicked the icon to make a purchase after the renewal message popped up this morning, I got the attached picture error message. Many thanks in advance for any thoughts or help.
