I got a mail from eset and after many mails my problem is now solved Thanx a lot edit - how do i mark this topic as solved ?

Have emailed eset support twice but havent got any acknowledgement mail or response Im entering the keycode as shown in the screenshot

i won EAV license in softpedia giveaway bu whenever i enter the keycode i get the following error Additional information necessary for activation is missing or invalid Please verify that you filled out all the fields in the form with accurate information. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, please contact ESET Customer Care. Should i post the license key recieved here ?
