Got message "ESET NOD32 ANTIVIRUS: Am Programm für ein besseres Kundenerlebnis teilnehmen". Is this (pls. see attachment) from ESET or is it a virus trying to get contol on my PC? Did not find a corresponding message about this on ESET Homepage. Searching ESET web about this: 0 results.

ESET NOD32 Antivirus showed that a website I was trying to open has "JS/Voluum.A". At the at the bottom of the message there is a link to open ESET Knowledgebase. How can I find there more details about JS/Voluum.A? Or where should I go to read more about it?
