[Parental Controls - Stopped Working?]

My child lives some distance form me with his Mother. i.e. I cannot easily gain physical access to his phone. ESET Parental Control "was" a useful way of helping to achieve appropriate use of his mobile phone. However, His phone had been non-contactable for several weeks now via ESET parental control. I have tried walking through the setup remotely, but without success. I suspect, but cannot prove, that the phone has been put into developer mode and this/other functions that then become available are interfering with ESET Parental Control on the phone?

Is there anything I can do to get back some level of control/information? My licence renews in a couple of weeks and at the moment I cannot see the benefit in continuing with this product?

Good Afternoon

Is there a way to allow two (or more) parents to receive alerts about a child's phone? I am especially interested in ways to keep both parents informed whenever a child enters/leaves a "Location Zone". school specifically at the moment. 😉

Location alerts appear to be only received via the Parental Control App (Android in my case). The "other" parent is an Apple user, in this case. Given recent/impending Google changes, I assume alerts via text are no longer an option?
