Forgive me if this has been asked before, I have been searching through the forum for a bit but nothing popped out at me.
We are currently using separate firewall software so in our Policy, we have disabled the ESET Firewall Protection so that it is turned off on the client machine with alerting suppressed for the end user. However in the ERA Console, all of the machines have alerts noting that the Firewall is Disabled.
Because we do not plan on using the ESET firewall as of right now, how can make this an accepted risk and tell the server to not alert on this or is there a way to do this so we don't have red alerts for all of our machines? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help guide me in the right direction.
