  1. Thanks Marcos. I forgot to mention OS, I am doing this on Mac EES but my assumption (hopefully correct) is that this is 'Send to ESET Security Management Center' in User Interface->Protection Statuses? If so, thank you for guiding me, I know it had to be something simple.
  2. Forgive me if this has been asked before, I have been searching through the forum for a bit but nothing popped out at me. We are currently using separate firewall software so in our Policy, we have disabled the ESET Firewall Protection so that it is turned off on the client machine with alerting suppressed for the end user. However in the ERA Console, all of the machines have alerts noting that the Firewall is Disabled. Because we do not plan on using the ESET firewall as of right now, how can make this an accepted risk and tell the server to not alert on this or is there a way to do this so we don't have red alerts for all of our machines? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help guide me in the right direction.
  3. Thanks Victor and forgive me in advance for my ignorance as I am still in the process of building the ESET ERA server but I do not appear to be able to download legacy Mac installers in the installers section and cannot find any documentation for getting them. Does anybody have any advice on how to get the legacy installation that I can test? EDIT: Nevermind, I discovered where to get the legacy downloads, thanks!
  4. New to the product and am working on deploying EES 6.7.500 out to Mojave machines and having the same issues with multiple kernel panics with the product installed. Currently running two separate test machines and both are showing the same issues.
