[Cannot login to computer]

Hi,

We are using ESET Secure Authentication, When I tried to login to a laptop today morning, I couldn't, even I cannot login through local admin, error message saying "the trust relationship between this work station and the primary domain failed", but I can login as local admin if I go through safe mode but that also I cant go to any other user account

 

then I tried to uninstall "ESET Secure Authentication" I received a message as installation incomplete

then I tried to removed and rejoined domain, changed host name, still the same

Hi Support Team,

One of our laptop users got his machine installed with ESET  Secure Authentication using GPO startup script for users. He is out of office and he is getting an error message when logging in " This user has never been connected to ESET Secure Authentication server in online mode before. Please login in online mode first. "

The laptop cannot be seen in Admin console.

Thank you for the quick reply.

@MartinK was spot on - the problem occurred as the application had not been installed for all users. Issue resolved.

ESET Secure Authentication installed on clients using GPO is not visible in ESET Admin Console. We are using version 2.7.32.

If it is installed locally, it is visible in the Admin Console.

Can someone help? Thanks in advance.
