Well , it's hard to ignore these errors when there are tons of them flooding the event logs. 

After applying the  SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 3 (KB4022619) the problem is gone i.e. FIXED

yes same errors  since 24.september , LOTS OF THEM ... and unable to start SQL Server agent
