  1. Hi marcus! I followed what u said earlier that i should uninstall my downloaded eset antivirus.. and i also uninstalled my previously installed other eset antivirus.. maybe thats the reason why the current modules cannot be updated. And Hola! I have successfully updated last night 😊😊😊. Now my laptop is being scanned for the first time and its taking so long to finish. Its been more than 12hours already. But its ok, ill wait till its finish. thank you so much for the instructions.. it helped me alot. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
  2. I have enabled: ✅protocol filtering advance logging ✅update engine advanced logging ✅licensing advanced logging ✅device control advanced logging and then i run the update... still updating up to this moment..

  4. my eset is a paid license i bought on their website.. and i really wonder why it cannot be updated instantly as what u said. and yes my laptop is direvctly connected to a LAN.
  5. modules update failed, file not found on server, detection engine out of date.. what will i do.. i had so many attempts already but still failed. Please help me. i just bought this antivirus few days ago.
