The problems start after the computer reboots, after installing the new version of ESET.
For USB ports, I have only two Logitech devices connected. Mouse and keyboard but operate on one port via Logitech Unifying.
After the failure of the controller, I tried to both reinstall Logitech SetPoint and Logitech Unifying itself, also reinstalling the drivers themselves did not help. Restoring the old version of ESET completely solves the problem.
After the installation of ESET in version 12.0.27.0, the error code 19 appears with the given drivers to USB 3.0, that is: "Windows can not start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
