I'm having similar sporadic issue with my ESET install. Not only am I seeing that my device is "Not Connected" in ESET Home, while still showing connected in the local install, but I'm also seeing massive device counts in the Device section. My computer is now on it's 77th "device" count. I'll message you Marcos.
