  1. when I scan my computer, the log comes up and it shows all files scan "unable to open [4] " - what is going on?  how can I fix this?  How can it find if I have a virus or not if they can't open the files?

    Here is a sample of the files:

  2. I'm having the same problem but I purchased the version.  Makes no sense that all I see is "unable to open". 

     

     ex:  Log
