Web Control not functioning

Yes they can able to update . Because they having VPN Access. -
We have an issue with ESET Web Control. Some users frequently getting a notification like web control not fully functional due to license. After few seconds again it will show “you are protected”. Mostly its happened the user system beyond from the cooperate network. More over this notification will be showing , even we has been disable the notifications from the ESET Console.
