  7. How to stop updating "Internet Protection Module" automatically. Some releases are forcing me to rollback often where https websites are not working when SSL scanning enabled even if it is allowed list in Web access protection, and many websites like youtube, facebook etc are not even blocking with almost all releases if it is blocked Web Access Protection.

  9. v1092? downgrade from 1096? Can we do it manually?

  14. One of the website is https://wupos.westernunion.com. I don't really understand how could it happened suddenly where it was working fine and there were no configuration changed. I will try to share the setting and SysInpector logs later asap. Is there any possibility this could have happened after the update?
  15. Internet Protection Module? how to check that? This is affecting only for few websites.
  16. The problem doesn't seem to be SSL Scanning, bcoz even after doing above steps and disabling "SSL Scanning" doesn't open the page. But it worked when "Enable HTTP Checking" is disabled. The real issue is why it is only with Endpoint Antivirus 5 clients, bcoz the same configuration is applied Antivirus 4 version clients. And it also happened suddenly.
  17. Yes. But how could it suddenly not allowing the page where there were no configuration changed? It started to happen yesterday.
  18. Hi, Not able to access some of the https pages even if it is allowed and excluded from filter in the Web access protection, and working fine when disabled the Web protection. When accessing the page it straight displays "Page cannot displayed". This happened recently where every web restriction was working fine and I was able to access the allowed address properly. This problem only occurs in Eset Endpoint Antivirus 5 enabled clients, but working fine with Eset Nod32 Antivirus 4 clients. Could someone provide a solution for this. Thanks..
