Is there anyway you can active the free trial offline?
Long story short, my friends computer has gotten some malicious spyware installed whilst trying to use a pdf converter found on google.
We can not seem to activate the free trial version offline, therefore, not able to use the free trial to rectify this problem.
After a few google searches, it seems this is by design. Even if we were to buy the product, we can still not activate it, since we do not have an internet connection on this specific computer? We will ned the business version?
I think you just lost a potential customer if this is actually the case.
