  1. I can see in the same log that I am sending anonymous statistic information to Eset. You can see in the next shot that I have disabled that option (I guess is here when I have to disable it): I have Nod32 because I don't want virus, I don't want Nod32 unrequiredly getting private information. If this thing continues I'll have to give Eset up, of course.
  2. Thank you very much, I know now where I have to exclude the folder, I hid the text just for safety reasons. You can set this issue as solved, cheers.
  3. Thanks, today it's not happening, but anyway here is the required information. I don't know if this is what you want, but is all I could find for the event log: Fecha y hora;Módulo;Suceso;Usuario 05/12/2019 22:16:28;Kernel de ESET;El archivo '*folder*\*filename*.exe' se ha enviado a ESET para su análisis.;SYSTEM I guess this is the shot you wanted:
  4. Hello, I don't know exactly in english the message, but each time I open an app programmed by myself, eset messages: "The file 'name of the app.exe' has been sent to eset for analysis". I haven't told nod32 nothing about it, even I have excluded the folder in which the app is of any action, so I don't get why it is happening. Could you tell me any way to stop this nonsense? Thank you very much.
  5. Hello, it has happened to me twice since I updated to the 11.0.63.2 version. After trying to start Chrome and the app doesn't responding, I went to the taskbar manager and finalized two Chrome processes. Then I started again and Chrome told me (sorry I don't recall the exact words): "There is an app causing problems to chrome: please uninstall:" And below, in a frame: "Eset Antivirus". So it seems that there is some problem between the two apps. Some other apps are having the same problem of not starting and with two open processes in the taskbar manager, only they don't show the message I would say of course because one of them it's my own delphi app. Maybe it's a problem also related with the issue I'm having lately that, after the windows startup, the computer freezes, only the mouse and some apps already opened with an icon in the tray icon bar respond. That can last even one minute and then all works normally. Sometimes instead of that I have a black screen with the mouse pointer only visible. I could read that this last problem of the black screen affected some HP computers, but I have a gigabyte board, only an HP printer of that brand. Thanks and so long.
  6. Sorry, just after my post eset asked me to restart and now it works. Sorry again, if you want you can delete all my posts, thanks.
  7. 11.2.63.0 just right installed. The problem is still here, at least for me.
