[ESET memory leak exhausts Windows Server resources]

Hello we have an old win 2003 R2 server with  Eset file security 6.5.12018. The server crashes every week due to a memory leak. How can we solve this problem?  Should we uninstall totally the product and re-install it again? How can we achieve this?

[ESET Security Management Center service terminated unexpectedly]

Hello, I upgraded to ESET Security Management Center from Remote Administration 6.5 (SQL 2016) and after running for a few hours suddenly the Security Management Center service terminated unexpectedly. Restarting the service or rebooting the VM did not solved the problem. The application event viewer does not show any unexpected errors.

Is there a log file that may display the error?
